Summary:

Overall, we thought Ancestry lived up to our expectations of their genealogy service. They are a name you know and trust to form your family trees and discover ancestral roots through. We liked how user-friendly their website interface was and found most everything we expected from a site such as their own. For the novice Internet user, you won’t have any problems surfing their site. It’s all pretty straightforward. We liked the fun features they offer such as OneWorldTree, the audio storytelling function and a great, two-week free trial. Many of their competitors do not offer very long or any free trials at all, which we applaud Ancestry for considering. Their membership prices are pretty affordable as well, considering the caliber of their family tree services. Customer support was decent, with great FAQs and live chat functions. However, email support disappointed us a little. All in all, we do recommend Ancestry to all users.

Score - Ancestry.co.uk scores a huge 8/10
